Happy Thanksgiving, job seekers! Whether or not you celebrate this holiday, we’re grateful as h*ck for ya. And because we love you, we’re not gonna take up too much of your time today. Welcome to our Thanksgiving Quickie.

This email is gonna be a lil mushy (like your aunt’s sweet potato casserole), a lil reflective (like being forced to say something you’re thankful for), and a lil IMPACTful (like the wild dreams you have during your post-Thanksgiving nap).

Let’s get to it before you gotta baste the turkey again.

First, we wanna say thank you for showing up and making the world a better place. Impact work is not for the faint of heart, and your commitment keeps us going. Even if your job search has felt frustrating this year, you’ve grown and continued to push forward, which we think is pretty badass.

Next, we encourage you to take some time to reflect on what you’re thankful for in your career today. Write down three things that this past year of work (or looking for work) has given you, and celebrate your growth.

Lastly, make an impact on the people around you today. Shoot someone a Thank You message for helping you level up in your career, share a resource or opportunity with someone who needs it, or tell your team how much you appreciate them.
